All of our rooms have full refrigerators. Rates are based on double occupancy. A $10.00 fee will be added for additional guests between the ages of 12 to 17, and a $25.00 fee will be charged for any additional guest 18 and older. An additional charge of $40.00 may be added for a 1 night stay. A 14 day notice of reservation change or cancellation may be required for a full refund. Room rates are subject to a 9.7% room tax.
Sorry, no pets allowed. Kennels are available nearby.
DEPOSITS
In order to guarantee accommodations, a deposit of 50% must be received in the form of a check no later than ten days from the day the reservation was made.
Credit cards may be used when making reservations less than seven days before stay to guarantee accommodations. The appropriate credit card charges will be put through at the time the reservation is made and subject to our policy for cancellations and changes in length of stay.
CANCELLATIONS
For all periods excluding July and August, all cancellations must be received ten (10) days prior to arrival date for a guaranteed refund, less a $25.00 processing fee. For all periods during July and August, all cancellations must be received twenty-one (21) days prior to arrival date for a guaranteed refund. On shorter notice or early departure on paid reserved nights, refunds are made only on resale of the entire reservation at same or higher rates. When blocks of 2 or more rooms are reserved and then canceled, refunds can only be granted upon the resale of the entire block of rooms. The standard cancellation fee of $25 would apply for each room. There will be no refunds granted whatsoever due to state of war, pandemic, riot, terrorist attack, civil disorder, fire, strikes, accidents, action of government or civil authority, acts of God, or other causes beyond the control of the lodging facility. Vacation insurance is readily obtainable to cover such events.
